BASIC PRINCIPLES, CRITERIA AND REGULARITIES IN THE FORMATION, MASTERING AND DISSEMINATION OF INTERNATIONAL VOCABULARY

Abstract. The article discusses the main criteria and regularities of the mastering of the international vocabulary in the language. Based on the analysis of examples from the English, Russian and Tatar languages the emergence of such phenomena as internationallisms, ways of their mastering, and common features of international words in structurally different languages are argued. The reasons of appearance of loan words of international vocabulary are specified.
