THE INTERCALATION IN THE SPEECH OF THE KABARDINO-CIRCASSIAN DIASPORA IN TURKEY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the research of the phenomenon of intercalation in the speech of the Kabardino-Circassian diaspora in Turkey. On the basis of the analysis of audio tracks of phonoarchive and field data the peculiarities of the use of foreign language inclusions in their speech are identified. The author singles out and analyzes two groups of lexical inclusions: modified and pure intercalations. It is concluded that at present different types of intercalation are widely used in the speech of the Kabardino-Circassian diaspora abroad.
