IDENTIFICATION OF INTEREST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE COMPETENCE OF THE TECHNICAL PROFILE STUDENT BY THE METHOD OF EXPERT EVALUATIONS

Abstract. By theoretical analysis and experimental work the article determines the main content component of creative competence of the student-technician - a motivational component, its indicators and levels of development. The method of expert evaluations is used with the purpose of comprehensive study of this phenomenon. The procedure for evaluating the competence of experts based on the method of mutual advice and self-assessment is described. The results of the experts’ opinions, their analysis and directions for further work are presented.
