SPECIFICITY OF NOUN FORMATION IN THE SPHERE OF GASTRONOMY OF THE AUSTRIAN VARIANT OF THE MODERN GERMAN LITERARY LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article examines the specificity of noun formation in the sphere of gastronomy of the Austrian variant of the modern German literary language. The analysis is conducted by the example of thematic group "mushrooms, roots, herbs". The author identified the most frequent word-formative model - suffixational model. Modern German literary texts served as the research material.
