VERBAL AND NON-VERBAL MEANS OF META-COMMUNICATION FORMATION IN THE DISCOURSE OF THE TELECAST "OBSERVER" ("НАБЛЮДАТЕЛЬ")

Abstract. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of interaction between the TV host and the audience in the discourse of the telecast "Observer" ("Russia - Culture" TV channel) in the conditions of a bi-directional communication situation: with interlocutors in the studio (level of interpersonal communication) and with televiewers (meta-communicative level). The author marks a special role of the journalist, because it depends on his skills and intentions whether the viewers’ interest in the topic of the telecast and telecast as a whole will be formed. In this regard, authors’ verbal structures are examined in detail, as well as non-verbal means that TV host Andrei Maximov uses to organize meta-communication in the discourse of the telecast "Observer".
