THE POSSIBILITIES OF 3D-PRINTING IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract. The article touches upon the theme of the revolutionary breakthrough in 3D-printing in the field of our life. A 3D-printer can be used to teach technological skills in engineering, mechanical engineering, and design as the main tool. 3D-printing technologies help to reorient attention from the digital or virtual environment to the real world, because the results of learning activity are not sketches and mock-ups, but real objects with defined characteristics.
