METHODS OF CRITICAL PEDAGOGY AS A FACTOR OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the search of ways to improve the quality of foreign language teaching in the field of professional communication, given the intensification of the processes of cultural globalization. The author reveals the meaning of the term "quality of education" in relation to the teaching of a foreign language at higher school and highlights the normative and socio-cultural criteria of quality in language education. It is stated that the methods of critical pedagogy can be used in teaching a foreign language for the harmonious development of all the parameters of quality in language education.
