THE PECULIARITIES OF TERMINOLOGICAL VOCABULARY IN MILITARY-TECHNICAL TEXTS

Abstract. In the article the peculiarities of terminological vocabulary in the German military-technical texts are described. The characteristic features of military terminology that distinguish it from common words and terms from other areas are identified. The consideration of this issue allows studying not only the theoretical aspects of terminology but also revealing the potential problems associated with the understanding of terms and the possible ways to solve them.
