DISCURSIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MODERN GERMAN POLITICAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract. The article reveals the specificity of discursive technologies application in the modern political communication of Germany, which has conditioned the necessity to analyze the technological effectiveness parameter as one of the prototypical parameters of political discourse. The discursive technologies that are characterized by closed nature and inaccessibility are an instrument of increasing influence that means that the German politicians, with the help of political technologists as intermediaries, can conduct effective political communication and achieve both communicative and post-communicative goals in the struggle for power.
