UNITS NOMINATING DISHES IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE MIDDLE OB CHASTUSHKA

Abstract. The article examines the peculiarities of realizing the units nominating dishes in the Middle Ob chastushka. It is shown that actualization of these words is determined by the folklore genre features. The study is based on the material from folklore expeditions to the Middle Ob region. The analysis has indicated that dishes in chastushka are the markers of normative world order; they often come out as a separate element of norm and realize their inherent function - serve as a container for something. Units nominating dishes basically express the folkloric meaning "harmony", which can be specified as "norm", "connection", "unity". Often, they are associated with a story of harmonious love. Their functions in the middle Ob chastushka involve world modelling, identifying spatial location of the mentioned household item and determining its functional purpose.
