CODES OF "PHYSICAL BEING" IN THE RUSSIAN SYMBOLISM PROSE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the "homo somaticus" problem in the Russian symbolism prose. The work focuses on the study of various components of the artistic opposition "physical being - spiritual being" basing on the material of novels by V. Bryusov, L. Andreev and D. Merezhkovsky. The paper traces the formation of the author’s world-modelling codes of "physical being" positionning authorial anthroposophical conceptions. The idea is substantiated that the basis of the physical codes of being in the Russian symbolism is the representation of "corporeality" as a phenomenon of the semantic context of human inner life.
