THE SPECIFICITY OF PEASANT BANK FUNCTIONING DURING THE PERIOD OF STOLYPIN LAND MANAGEMENT IN TAMBOV PROVINCE (1906-1916)

Abstract. The article depicts the interrelation of the activity of Peasant Land Bank with the agrarian policy of the government. On the example of Tambov province the importance of financial-credit establishments in agrarian sphere is defined.
