THE APPLICATION OF THE LIMITATION PERIOD FOR THE RESOLUTION OF THE DISPUTE CONCERNING HOLIDAY GRANTING

Abstract. In this article the problems of the legal regulation of the questions connected to the terms of the reference to the court for the resolution of the disputes concerning holiday granting are considered. The author proves the inadmissibility of the application of the general norm of Item 392 of Labour code of the Russian Federation about the limitation period concerning labour disputes in case of long infringement of labour rights.
