THE FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL SERVICES IN RUSSIA IN THE 1918-1920S: JURIDICAL ASPECT

Abstract. Some peculiarities of the legal regulation of the formation process of social services system in Russia in the period of war communism (1918-1920) are analyzed. The main legal acts as the legal base of this system are shown.
