Abstract. The article tells about the way the Soviet government of Kazan province of Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialistic Republic interpreted the aims of Soviet school teachers' work with students, their parents and people from the same village. The government tried to involve the teachers into agitation of communism ideas among the population.
