SOME PROBLEMS OF PRACTICAL USE OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION LEGISLATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA

Abstract. In the article the problems of the right attribution of personal data (information about an individual) by an operator to the personal data information and the adherence by an operator of notification order of a body authorized to protect personal data are considered. The author suggests taking into account the criteria of necessity and sufficiency while attributing the received information about an individual to personal data. The question about the necessity of legislative regulation of personal data depersonalization mechanism and the legislative fixation of depersonalization ways are discussed.
