POLITICAL CORRUPTION PHENOMENON UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF SYSTEM TRANSFORMATION

Abstract. The article tackles the corruption phenomenon under the conditions of Russian political system transformation. It is proved that corruption in public sector which is understood as jobbery frequently increases in the countries of democratic transit.
