PUBLIC AUTHORITY IDEOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT NOTION AND STRUCTURE

Abstract. In the article public authority ideological environment notion and structure are determined on the basis of system approach methodology. This environment acts as ideological factors totality determining public authority structural and functional integrity and also public authority's ability to preserve its qualitative specificity. Ideological environment formalization takes place in the form of public authority ideology.
