POLICY UNDER NETWORK SOCIETY CONDITIONS: NEW STRUCTURE AND CONTENT

Abstract. The article is devoted to policy specificity analysis under the conditions of network society formation and development. The author analyzes the distinctive features of network society from the positions of M. Castells's conception of networks society and G. Deleuze and F. Guattari's rhizomatic interpretation of modern society. Policy peculiarities in network society are determined in the context of J. Habermas's theory of communicative action. The author makes the conclusion about the deliberative space as the basic source of network society political structures formation.
