UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE GROUPS ORGANIZATION AND ACTIVITY IN TATARSTAN IN THE FIRST THIRD OF THE ХХTH CENTURY

Abstract. In the article based on the materials of the National Archive of the Tatarstan Republic the author considers state policy concerning struggle with unemployment in the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic during the 1920s-1930s. Special attention is paid to the organization and activity of artels and groups of unemployed people and their activity directions connected with unemployed people job placement.
