ABOUT LAW HERMENEUTICS IN I. A. IL'IN'S PHILOSOPHY

Abstract. The author presents the systematization of the fundamental theses of I. A. Il'in's philosophical-legal views and shows that this thinker's philosophy actively uses the method of intra-text interpretation that allows speaking about hermeneutics in I. A. Il'in's works.
