Abstract. The author considers the features of the formation of the corporate culture of a modern technical university in classical environment, analyzes the component structure and functions of corporate culture and also the set of criteria for its measurement, pays special attention to the three-level model of the corporate culture of a technical university and emphasizes the necessity of the development of the conception of corporate culture and the set of diagnostic techniques for its further studying.
