Abstract. The author characterizes the distribution process of privately owned lands confiscated according to the decree About Land among individual peasant and state farms, makes the conclusion about the falsity of the information about getting large plots of land by peasants which circulated in soviet time and substantiates the opinion about the negative consequences of privately owned land liquidation.
