CHUVASH PEASANTS ATTITUDE TO COMMUNIST PARTY DURING NEW ECONOMIC POLICY

Abstract. The author shows the contradictory attitude of Chuvash peasants to the communist party in 1921-1927 and pays special attention to the factors which caused the population's dissatisfaction with both governing party as a whole and its certain members.
