STATE CONTROL OVER THE USE AND PROTECTION OF WATER BODIES: THE PROBLEMS OF THEORY AND COURT PRACTICE

Abstract. The author describes some legal problems arising in the course of the implementation of state control over the use and protection of water bodies in the Russian Federation and pays special attention to legal nomenclature as well as to the problem of federal authorities' state competence and the constituent entities of the Russian Federation correlation in water relations sphere.
