POLITICAL NETWORKS THEORY: FORMATION PRECONDITIONS AND PLACE IN MODERN POLITICAL SCIENCE

Abstract. The author analyzes network approach formation and development in politics and state administration, considers the epistemological and ontological aspects of this process as well as major schools and trends in political science, which most significantly influenced network theory formation and also considers the preconditions of coordination and administration network forms formation in modern political process.
