"PERSONNEL REVOLUTION" IN SOCIAL DYNAMICS OF POWER ELITES

Abstract. The author reveals the content of the notion personnel revolution, shows the difference between this notion and other notions that characterize the social dynamics of power elites, mentions the signs, forms and conditions of personnel revolutions realization, postulates the role of personnel revolutions as the key element in power elite renewal under the conditions of intra-system transition, and substantiates the essential condition of personnel revolution - factual coup that precedes it.
