FEATURES OF INTERACTION BETWEEN POLITICAL ELITE AND MEDIA IN THE CONTEXT OF CONTEMPORARY RUSSIA MODERNIZATION

Abstract. The author pays attention to the problem of the interaction between the political elite of Russia and media. In the modern world, it is political communication that provides information transmission between political and social systems, and media are the most important political institution. Today information is a vital resource, and therefore not by chance the question of the degree of influence and interaction between power-holding structures and media during current political system modernization is extremely urgent.
