BIRTH RATE EVOLUTION IN RURAL AREA WITHIN KRASNOYARSK REGION IN THE 1960-1980S (ESTIMATION OF SOCIAL POLICY INFLUENCE)

Abstract. The author researches birth rate evolution in rural area within Krasnoyarsk region in the 1960-1980s, considers the changes that occurred in the 1980s in the context of the state social policy influence, and comes to the conclusion that the measures of birth rate stimulation did not change the guidelines of rural women's reproductive behaviour, but had a positive impact on the growth of births in Krasnoyarsk countryside.
