FOOD SECURITY OF KAZAN' RESIDENTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 50S OF THE XXTH CENTURY

Abstract. The author considers the regional aspects of food security in the middle of the 50s of the XXth century, tells that the mentioned period is on the periphery of research process, and the question of the food security of the city Kazan', the expectations of the residents and their real embodiment have not been previously studied in detail, and basing on the significant factual material notes the lack of coordination between local and central authorities, shortcomings in the organization of food security and their consequences.
