AXIOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF MODERN CORPORATE CULTURE: HISTORICAL-CULTUROLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract. The author considers the genesis of the value paradigms, which compose the corporate morality of post-industrial capitalism, and on the assumption of M. Weber's theory about the interconnection between Protestant morality and cultural norms in early capitalist society traces the influence of a number of religious ideas on the formation of the trappings of modern organizations corporate culture (mission, corporate identity and corporate rituals), as well as on the concepts of the so called intra-corporate environment.
