Kurochkin Aleksandr Vyacheslavovich

Abstract. The author presents the critical analysis of the concept "state sovereignty" in the framework of one of the theoretical directions of "post-positivism" - the theory of network society, substantiates the need to renovate this concept by the example of two social-political processes of the beginning of the XXI century: cyber-dissidence development and protest electorate mobilization by means of social networks, and tells that the result of this renovation should be the concept of state sovereignty, corresponding to the decentered nature of political power under the conditions of network society.
