Abstract. The author reveals securities exchange and commercial bank depository activity nature, pays particular attention to the definition of security as the object of civil rights and depository activity, considers the problems of the legal regulation of the objects mentioned above, and on this basis suggests the recommendations for legal regulation improvement.
