FUTURE STUDENTS' CONTINGENT FORMATION IN VOLGOGRAD UNIVERSITIES IN THE 1960S - THE BEGINNING OF THE 1980S

Abstract. The author considers soviet state policy in the 1960s - the beginning of the 1980s in the sphere of students' contingent manning, and reveals the reasons of policy change to attract manufacturers for studying at Volgograd universities, as well as characterizes students' admission for the day, correspondence and evening forms of education.
