BASIC CONTENT OF SOVIET STATE POLICY ON WORKERS' MATERIAL-HOUSEHOLD PROBLEMS SOLUTION DURING POST-WAR PERIOD (BY THE EXAMPLE OF SOUTHERN URAL)

Abstract. The author discusses workers' productive and material-household problems which became particularly acute after the World War II, characterizes authorities' main actions that contributed to workers' living standards increase in Southern Ural industry during 1945-1953, and by the materials of federal and regional archives undertakes the attempt to show the process of soviet policy transformation and implementation in dealing with important social and economic problems during the postwar period.
