NATIONAL MILITARY CONSTRUCTION OF THE 20S OF THE XXTH CENTURY IN SIBERIA AND FAR EAST

Abstract. The author reveals such aspect of the native military reform of the 20s of the ХХth century as national military construction, substantiates that it is understudied in relation to Siberia and Far East, demonstrates non-conventional approach to the topic coverage based on all-Union and regional material presented by published and archival sources, and shows the influence of domestic and foreign policy factors on the range of tasks, progress and effectiveness of national military construction in the country and its eastern regions.
