REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION REFORMATION UNDER NETWORK SOCIETY FORMATION CONDITIONS: SCANDINAVIAN MODEL

Abstract. The author analyzes the specifics of the reformation of state administration at regional level under the conditions of network society formation and development, considers the distinctive characteristics of the Scandinavian model of regional administration reformation by the example of four states: Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland; and reveals some common characteristics and features of regional administration national systems in the aspect of their adaptation to the changed political, economic and social conditions of the environment where the rapid development of various network structures is a determining factor.
