DIALECTICS OF PASSIONARY ADHOCRACY AND BUREAUCRACY

Abstract. The author considers the new prospects of power interactions in society - passionary adhocracy, shows that this form of power was brought to life by changes in social structure as the network morphology of social existence, substantiates that passionary adhocracy does not exist of itself, but with the previous form of power - bureaucracy, and comes to the conclusion that passionary adhocracy and bureaucracy are dialectically related and interacting structural and functional units of new social reality of power that allows viewing each individual's role in the context of social reality in a different way.
