CRITERIA OF PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT ON INTERROGATEE IN THE COURSE OF INTERROGATION OF SUSPECT (DEFENDANT)

Abstract. The author analyzes the criminalistic and procedural aspects of a suspect (defendant) interrogation tactics, considers the peculiarities of the legal psychology of persons under interrogation, the methods of psychological impact on an interrogatee, as well as their unlawful forms, and determines the acceptability limits of psychological impact on a suspect (defendant) and the specificity of interrogation tactics.
