POWER LEGITIMACY PROBLEM UNDER SOCIAL TRANSFORMATIONS CONDITIONS

Abstract. The author analyzes the problem of power legitimacy, which is especially acute in social transformations era, shows that if limited to the problem functional aspect it will be narrowed down to the questions about legitimacy sources and the factors, which ensure it, mentions that legitimacy acquires prime importance for power legal capacity under social transformations conditions, and substantiates that power should permanently ensure its own legitimacy, because it is the decisive factor of social processes controllability.
