ANTI-CORRUPTION MONITORING OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION SUBJECTS LEGISLATION LOCATED WITHIN SOUTHERN FEDERAL DISTRICT

Abstract. The author discusses some aspects of the Russian Federation subjects legislation monitoring conducted by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice in order to identify corruptogenic factors, determines the most common corruptogenic factors identified in the normative legal acts of the Russian Federation subjects located within Southern Federal District, and basing on these data suggests possible directions for the further improvement of anti-corruption legislation.
