BERNE CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF LITERARY AND ARTISTIC WORKS AND PART IV OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract. The author presents the comparative analysis of Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and the fourth part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, tells that in modern legal science the problem of the codification of legal norms is actualized as the result of Russia's recognition of the priority of international legal norms and the standardization of its legislative framework, by analyzing these normative-legal acts reveals specific drawbacks in the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, and suggests practical recommendations for their elimination.
