VOLOST COURT CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE XIXTH - THE BEGINNING OF THE XXTH CENTURY

Abstract. The author discusses volost court established on the basis of the General Regulations on Peasants, Who Left Bond Service in the second half of the XIXth century, shows that the court had class character, and considers the processes of the creation and changes of the court, and changes in its competence as the result of counter-reform and the adoption of the law On Local Court Transformation in 1912.
