Abstract. The authors consider party-state policy influence on the theatrical culture of Khakassia in the context of 1965-1970s, reveal the organizational and creative work of Khakassia dramatic theater, its actors and directors, analyze local authorities influence on the organization of theatrical seasons, concert tours, the selection and arrangement of theater artistic directors, theatrical companies staffing, and raise the question of repertoire plan regulation by local authorities.
