ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION SUBJECTS: BY THE EXAMPLE OF URAL FEDERAL DISTRICT

Abstract. The author analyzes the specifics of the RF state administration reformation at regional level in terms of the formation and development of network society infrastructure and first of all such its crucial element as electronic government, considers this process by the example of the subjects that constitute one of the most dynamically developing federal districts - Ural Federal District, reveals and analyzes the general characteristics and features of electronic government regional systems, and presents the comparative analysis of their effectiveness.
