CREATIVE UNIONS CULTURAL-EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY IN THE SOUTH OF THE FAR EAST WITHIN BAYKAL-AMUR RAILROAD CONSTRUCTION ZONE IN THE 1970-1980S

Abstract. The author reveals the forms and directions of creative unions cultural-educational activity in the South of the Far East within the construction zone of Baykal-Amur Railroad eastern section, analyzes the set of problems, with which writers, artists, journalists, theater figures encountered in their work, and pays particular attention to the research of the construction influence on artistic works thematic direction, as well as the significance estimation of ongoing cultural-educational work activity for population and creative figures.
