Abstract. The article is devoted to the novels of purchases legal regulation for state and municipal needs and also to the analysis of some problem aspects of the use and activity sphere demarcation of Federal Laws № 94-ФЗ from 21.07.2005 "About Placement of Orders on Goods Deliveries, Works Execution, Services Rendering for State and Municipal Needs"; № 223-ФЗ from 18.07.2011 "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services by Some Types of Legal Persons" and № 44-ФЗ from 05.04.2013 "About Contract System in Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Provision of State and Municipal Needs".
