UNFAIR COMPETITION AND DOMINANT POSITION ABUSE AS RIGHT ABUSE FORMS IN ENTREPRENEURIAL RELATIONS

Abstract. The author considers such notions as "unfair competition" and "dominant position in the market", studies the essential characteristics of these notions and the possibility of relating them to the forms of right abuse, proposes the definition of the notion "right abuse", and in addition tells about the need for the reference to unfair competition and dominant position in the market in the article of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, devoted to the limits of civil rights exercise.
