GENDER PEDAGOGY ROLE IN YOUTH’S GENDER IDENTITY FORMATION

Abstract. The author presents the comparative analysis of the attempt to apply gender pedagogy in the Russian and Swedish education systems from the perspective of the analysis of gender identity typologies, considers the reasons and consequences of the pedagogical strategies, constructed from the position of gender, pays special attention to the conceptions of gender identity and their actualization and transmission by means of education system, and concludes that the analysis of the existing state allows revealing the priority directions of the Russian and Swedish trainees’ gender identity being formed.
