PERFORMING ENSEMBLES OF THE MARI ASSR IN THE 1930S AS PROFESSIONAL MUSIC ART FORMATION FACTOR

Abstract. The author reveals the features of the Mari ASSR professional music art formation in the 1930s and performing ensembles’ active role in this process, and analyzes the activity of the Mari Choir and the Song and Dance Ensemble of Mari State Philharmonic Society, as well as the ensembles of Mari College of Arts named after I. S. Palantai in the context of the overall panorama of the Mari professional music art development.
